With over 20 years of combined experience in career counseling, ADHD coaching, and college admissions consulting, Dr. Paula Michael Dass is passionate about helping others recognize and overcome challenges to realize their true potential. She has supported adults with ADHD from a wide range of settings and backgrounds, creating programming, resources, and research to better understand and provide best practices and policies for institutions and individuals. Her combined knowledge from education, work, and personal experiences with ADHD fosters the inspiration and wisdom her clients gain during the coaching process.
Dr. Michael Dass has a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's in counseling psychology, a doctorate in educational leadership, and is a National Certified Counselor (NBCC). She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the ADHD Coaches Association (ACO), and the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA). Dr. Michael Dass is a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory (SII) certified professional.
Dr. Michael Dass resides in Gwinnett County with her husband Prakash and is mom to Krishan (23) and Theran (17). Outside of coaching, she enjoys creating jewelry and natural skincare products, and traveling.

After 15+ years of business management/HR experience, she became a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the University of Georgia Center of Continuing Education and is versed in the Core Competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Jessica is currently in her 19th year in the education field, with experience ranging from Pre-K to high school in both private and public settings. Currently, she teaches high school in a program that focuses on making content comprehensible for an at-risk population and educating students on study and life skills to be successful beyond the classroom environment.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Master of Education in Instructional Technology, teaching credentials and endorsements in several states, including PK-5, 6th-9th Language Arts, Social Sciences and ESOL endorsement, Jessica is uniquely positioned to provide support for a variety of clients experiencing executive functioning difficulties. Beyond the classroom, she volunteers with local middle and high school youth. With 27 years in education, with experience ranging from grades K-12, Dr. Laurie Weaver has taught several grades at the elementary level, which included gifted students, students with autism, ADHD, and cognitive disabilities.
As Assistant Principal for grades K-8th , and currently as a Curriculum and Health Sciences Coordinator for her school district, she has been instrumental in focusing on academics, Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and relationship building while supporting teachers, students, parents, and school administrators.
