Paula Michael Dass, Ed.D., NCC, is an ADHD, academic, and career coach with over 25 years of experience supporting teens, college students, adults, and professionals through academic, career, and life transitions.

She has extensive experience in ADHD coaching, career counseling, higher education, counseling, and student development. In addition to her private practice, she currently serves as a Lead Coach for a leading ADHD service provider and as an adjunct graduate instructor teaching Career Counseling at the University of North Florida.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership. Her dissertation, Attention to Retention: Implications of Institutional Practices of Four-Year Colleges and Universities on Graduation Rates of Students with ADHD, focused on the academic experiences and retention of college students with ADHD.

Dr. Michael Dass is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory (SII), and is a member of the American Psychological Association and the ADHD Coaches Organization. She has also served as a multi-year volunteer for the International ADHD Conference. 

Her coaching approach is strengths-based, practical, supportive, and designed to help individuals build confidence, develop effective strategies, and achieve meaningful long-term growth.
