Dr. Michael Dass has a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's in counseling psychology, a doctorate in educational leadership, and is a National Certified Counselor (NBCC). She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the ADHD Coaches Association (ACO), and the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA). Dr. Michael Dass is also a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory (SII) certified professional.

After 15+ years of business management/HR experience, she became a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from the University of Georgia Center of Continuing Education and is versed in the Core Competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). 

By pairing the right combination of accountability, motivation, and skills catered to your unique situation with her vast knowledge of psychology obtained while working toward her MS in Counseling, she is well-prepared to help you turn your struggles into successes!

Jessica is currently in her 19th year in the education field, with experience ranging from pre-K to high school in both private and public settings. Currently, she teaches high school in a program that focuses on making content comprehensible for an at-risk population and educating students on study and life skills to be successful beyond the classroom environment. 

With a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Master of Education in Instructional Technology, teaching credentials, and endorsements in several states, including PK-5, 6th-9th Language Arts, Social Sciences, and ESOL endorsement, Jessica is uniquely positioned to provide support for a variety of clients experiencing executive functioning difficulties. Beyond the classroom, she volunteers with local middle and high school youth. Dr. Laurie Weaver is a devoted educator with 27 years of teaching and leadership in education

in K-12 school settings. She is passionate about what she does and has a particular knack for

As a former school administrator (Assistant Principal) and now serving as a school district

Curriculum and Health Sciences Coordinator, Dr. Weaver has dedicated her career to nurturing

academic excellence, enhancing Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and strengthening

relationships among students, teachers, and parents.

Dr. Weaver holds a Bachelor of Science in early childhood education, a Master of Science in

reading/literacy, and a Doctorate in educational leadership. Her extensive experience organizing

school and district-level initiatives has equipped her with invaluable insights, which she eagerly

shares to mentor and support children, teens, and adults.
