With a diverse background supporting adults with ADHD across various contexts and demographics, she has spearheaded the development of innovative programs, invaluable resources, and ADHD research aimed at shaping best practices and policies for both institutions and individuals alike. Dr. Michael Dass’ unique blend of academic insight, professional acumen, and personal journey with ADHD serves as a wellspring of inspiration and guidance for her clients throughout their coaching journey. The inception of Lotus Coaching Services stems from her unwavering vision to disseminate knowledge and wisdom derived from rigorous research and firsthand experience, thereby facilitating the realization of success and fulfillment in the lives of others.
Dr. Michael Dass holds a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in counseling psychology, and a doctorate in educational leadership. She is also a National Certified Counselor (NBCC) and a member of the American Psychological Association, the ADHD Coaches Association (ACO), and the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA). Additionally, Dr. Michael Dass is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Strong Interest Inventory (SII).
